At Praline Pâtisserie, quality and care is always our first ingredient. We are a boutique bakery and confectionery serving the Greater Toronto area, fearlessly led by our certified Culinary Chef Justine Lam. Chef Justine, was trained at the George Brown Culinary Arts program, and has been creating exquisite culinary creations to both delight and amaze our senses for over a decade.
We work tirelessly to bring our distinct vision of transforming classic pastry into more contemporary expressions to delight our customers both young and old alike. Our approach to baking is equal parts; fluid, surprising and inspired!
